Options offers free and confidential support to those impacted by unexpected pregnancy. Our trained staff offer genuine care, compassion and neutrality in the sharing of information and resources, so you feel empowered to make a clear and informed decision about your pregnancy.
NOTE: Our services do not include abortion procedures.

Education, encouragement, opportunities and resources all lend a hand in building up young women to make informed, clear choices about their today and tomorrow. Options believes that well-supported girls BLOOM into strong and courageous women, when they are invested in and cared for.
the ARK boutique
The ARK boutique is a safe space for you to access much-needed supplies for you and your little one. We want to help ease the financial strain that baby and maternity items can sometimes bring about. You should never have to choose between a warm coat for your child and a healthy meal. Everything in the ARK boutique is FREE of charge.
Brave: grief and loss support
Know that you are not alone. Everyone processes loss differently. It's ok to not feel ok- but there is HOPE. Should you struggle and have a more difficult time emotionally, our team of support workers is here to encourage and guide you through restorative programs created to facilitate this journey. Support after pregnancy/infant loss, abortion, adoption and beyond…

We have launched a new housing program!
ABRITER: A safe haven for young women facing homelessness in pregnancy and shortly thereafter.
The project helps young women transition into long-term housing while providing coaching, care and compassion during their stay as we see them empowered into autonomy. More info on the ABRITER site
