Options Pregnancy Centre cares that women are educated and prepared for any circumstance they might face, including situations where self-defence skills might make all the difference. WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENCE:

* Street-wise self-defence (simple, effective techniques)

A black belt since 1987, Ron Botham has been involved in teaching both in private and group sessions. He has had the privilege of teaching many students, from police officers and security guards, to friends and family.

Kunsando has been taught in the Montreal area since 1990. It is a street-wise system that promotes awareness combined with self-defence.

The course will be held in the Saint Andrews United Church gymnasium: 46 Rue Dupont O, Châteauguay, QC J6J 1G1
$35 per person; $50 for a family -- All proceeds go to support Options Pregnancy Centre
9:30am --> Registration
10:00am-2:30pm --> Self-defence teaching
