Options Parent-Child Education program is designed to increase parental skills, bonding between parent and child, as well as to altogether strengthen the family unit. Our program offers an enriching opportunity for development, focusing on all aspects of healthy and holistic parenting.

Join us for our weekly Mom & Tot hangout reserved especially for young moms and their little ones. Talk about everything from breastfeeding to boyfriends… Learn some cool life-hacks and enjoy some healthy snacks alongside other young women who totally “get it”.
We believe that fatherhood is important. We offer dad-to-dad mentoring and activities especially for guys who desire to step-up their game as a positive parental figure.
We recognize that fatherhood can look different from one dad to another. This program is offered to anyone who acts as “dad” in the life of a child, whether biological or by relationship.
Pregnancies carried to full term are more commonly seen in women aged 25 and older. This means that individuals who carry their pregnancy to term under the age of 25 are navigating a system that isn't ideally designed to support their needs.
Options perinatal and baby care classes are created and facilitated by a nurse, and are specifically tailored to give space and time to meet the unique needs of pregnant youth in a comfortable, community setting. Youth will feel equipped, empowered, and encouraged as they learn to take excellent care of themselves and their new little one.
A private online space reserved for Options’ young parents aged teen through 25. This platform offers a safe space to share life with other young parents in our area. Sometimes silly, sometimes serious… We aim to encourage you, share tips and tricks and build friendships and trust as a group. We also share important updates, announcements and special contests and challenges in this private space!
Life can get messy. Some situations can be hard to manage alone. We all need a bit of extra support and help from time to time. That’s why we offer extended care to help you navigate areas such as housing instability, food management and budgeting, post-partum rest, and a variety of other custom-tailored resources to help you transition into a place of healthy autonomy.
